Story Time

Parents, if you are struggling to find a way to explain to your child what is currently happening in the world, please take a look at this story and see if you think it is suitable to share with your child/children.

I feel that it gives a very simple, clear message and may help our children understand a little bit more during this unprecedented time.

Home Learning

Home Learning Week Beginning 23rd March

Dear Reception Parents,

We hope you and the children are well and are keeping safe and busy during this unprecedented time.
We will post home learning activities every Monday, for as long as is required. During this time with the children, we would advise keeping to a schedule or routine that best suits everyone in your family. Simply adjusting their usual weekend routines to include a few short sessions of learning time will help to keep them engaged with learning at home. It is also important to include time away from screens, so please do build in activity breaks.
Keep safe and keep learning.
Kind Regards,
Reception Team

Book Shop Trip

Today we walked over to Foyles book shop where we got to select a book and pay for it with our book token. We showed a good understanding of road safety on our walk and behaviour expectations in the book shop. The shop also commented on how impressed they were with us.

Take a look at the books we chose, we read them when we got back to school.
